1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 90Picks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

90Picks is a parimutuel prediction pool platform for FIFA World Cup 2026 matches. Users select match outcomes, deposit funds into shared pools, and winners split the pot proportionally. The Service operates on the Base blockchain network.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Deposits and Payouts

• All deposits are final and non-refundable once placed, except in the event of a match cancellation.
• Payouts are calculated proportionally based on the total pool and the winning outcome's share.
• A 2.5% fee is deducted from losing pool totals before payout calculation.
• Deposits close 30 minutes before the scheduled match kickoff.
• If a match is cancelled, all deposits are refundable.

5. No Guarantees

Multiplier estimates shown before pool close are approximate and change as other users deposit. Final payouts are determined only after the pool closes.

6. Smart Contract Risks

The Service relies on smart contracts deployed on the Base blockchain. While the contracts have been tested, you acknowledge the inherent risks of blockchain technology, including but not limited to smart contract bugs, network congestion, and protocol changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

90Picks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
